5.1 General

You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Begonia. Begonia may share this personal information with others and use it in line with this Privacy Policy. You are not required to provide the personal information that we request, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our services or respond to any queries you may have.

5.2 Website Visitors 

By indicating that you agree to our Privacy Policy, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data as described herein. We will seek your explicit consent to process Personal Data collected on this website or volunteered by you. Kindly note that any consent will be entirely voluntary. However, if you do not grant the requested consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you may not be able to experience the best of it.

Begonia may collect, record and analyse information of Visitors to our website. We may record your IP address and use cookies. Begonia gathers data about visits to the website including numbers of Visitors and visits, Geo-location data, length of time spent on the site and pages opened.

5.3 Retention and Deletion

Begonia Recruitment will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

You may request that all your Personal Data collected through the website is deleted, as required by applicable law. This will be carried out within a month of receiving the initial request. If we refuse your request, we will let you know well within the initial month and provide you with reasons as to why your request was denied.

As with the right to rectification, we will respond to your request within the allowed one calendar month. However, this right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances.

You have the right to request the restriction or suppression of your personal data. This is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances. When processing is restricted, we retain the right to store the personal data, but not to use it. The request to restrict processing can be made either verbally or in writing and will responded to within the allowed one calendar month.

This allows you to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services. It allows you to move, copy or transfer data easily from on IT environment to another in a safe and secure way, without hindrance to usability.
